PlayNexa is provided as a free entertainment service. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and play hosted browser games for personal, non-commercial enjoyment.

2. Acceptable Community Conduct

We take pride in maintaining a friendly and sportsmanlike community. When interacting with other players, submitting comments, or posting reviews, you agree NOT to:

• Harass, bully, insult, or post hateful or discriminatory comments toward others.
• Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or exploits to manipulate ratings, badges, or leaderboards.
• Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or inject malicious payloads into hosted game canvases.
• Post spam, promotional links, or commercial advertisements in user comments.

Violations of these guidelines will result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your player account.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All platform software, branding, logos, layout styles, and achievements systems are the exclusive property of PlayNexa. All hosted games, characters, audio tracks, and game assets belong to their respective creators, developers, and licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights over any game content.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

PlayNexa is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime and smooth cross-browser performance, we do not warrant that games will be entirely uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with obsolete legacy hardware.

5. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time to reflect platform updates, new features, or statutory requirements. Continued use of PlayNexa following modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
